Earth Day 2026 E-waste Drop Off & Food Drive
How is Living Green Barrie Celebrating Earth Day in 2026?
Engaging in local actions for climate of course!
Spring Cleaning? Recycle Your E-Waste!
Now’s the perfect time to gather up your old electronics and keep them out of the landfill! Recycle your e-waste and help fund Living Green Barrie’s 10,000 Trees Program. Plus, drop off your e-waste and take home a baby tree as a thank-you!
Why Recycling E-Waste Matters E-waste is a fast-growing waste stream, and improper disposal harms the environment and human health. Electronics contain toxic materials that can leach into soil and water, while valuable metals can be recovered through recycling. Diverting e-waste reduces pollution, conserves resources, cuts emissions, and creates jobs. Responsible recycling also prevents unsafe disposal abroad.

A Great Community Partner- Thank you Aryanto Realty
This year’s event is also being supported by Ayranto Real Estate, which is helping make the program even more accessible.
The real estate team is providing multiple drop-off locations throughout the community and is even offering home and office pickup services for residents or businesses with heavier or bulkier electronic items
This partnership makes it easier for people to participate — especially those who have a large quantity of material or heavy and awkward equipment they can’t easily transport.
Contact Elaine: 705-795-6836 and she will take down your info and location and arrange April pick up!
