Volunteer Bingo

A Brief Overview

Representing Living Green as a volunteer at Delta Bingo is a good volunteer option for those who prefer quiet quiet environments and  minimal interaction. Bingo Volunteers play a vital role in supporting Living Green Barrie’s financial stability. By volunteering for bingo events, you help Living Green receive monthly funds from the Barrie Bingo Sponsors Association (BBSA). This funding directly supports our programs, including tree planting and other environmental initiatives.

ALL ABOUT THE BINGO!

Overview

  • Bingo funding is our only source of stable, reliable funding
  • Living Green Barrie provides volunteers 
  • Living Green gets a % share of monthly proceeds that funds tree planting and other climate action programs

How it works

  • LG is required to provide 2 volunteers on its scheduled evening which is every other Wednesday 8pm-10pm or when bingo is over
  • Volunteers monitor tables and clear trash and sort into recycling bins
  • Volunteers monitor the snack bar and deliver trays/order to the right table
