Help Grow Barrie’s Urban Canopy!

Community members of all ages are invited to plant trees with Living Green Barrie.  Come on your own or bring some friends!

This event is free, but donations to our #10,000 are appreciated.  So far over 6,000 trees have been planted by people just like you!

Become a neighbourhood tree steward. Learn how to properly plant a tree so it will grow to maturity. With your help, we are closer to reaching #10,000 trees campaign goal!

Shovels and buckets will be provided.

• Learn how to properly plant and care for trees (native species) so they will grow to maturity.
• Please bring your reusable water bottle and wear long pants, sturdy, closed-toed footwear and dress for the weather. 
• Bring garden gloves if you have them.
