3rd Annual Gala in the Woods!

After the huge success of our first two events, we are excited to bring back the Gala in the Woods on September 20, 2025 with an amazing menu and Chef.

This special event will once again transform Springwater Provincial Park into a beautiful, eco-friendly setting where attendees can enjoy nature and delicious local, farm-to-table food.

The Gala shows how easy it is to host a sustainable and eco-conscious event.

Saturday, September 20 |5 PM | Springwater Provincial Park
The menu this will be created by Chef Melanie Robinson who is the Co-Owner of Orillia’s Eclectic Café and is a Chopped Canada Champion.
Set in the peaceful Springwater Park forest, the Gala in the Woods offers an evening where nature and delicious, locally sourced food come together. As the sun sets and moonlight shines through the trees, guests will experience the perfect mix of environmental preservation and community celebration.

The Gala will feature:

  • Art & Experience Auction & Live Music.
  • Living Green Barrie Business Awards.

Boots, suits, and gowns. High heels not recommended. Age 19+.

This event will go ahead rain or shine with dinner taking place under a large pavilion.
